who is your favorite character? i'd make this into a poll but i don't remember the names all the characters, plus i've yet to beat it (still in the fairie circle maze).

Sydney.  Sydney was just one of the coolest "villains" I've ever seen in a game, not because he was so evil (on the evil front, guys like Kefka definitely have his number), but because... well, he wasn't. lol.  That, and the scene where he [span class=\"textspoiler\" onmouseover=\"this.style.color=\'#FFFFFF\';\" onmouseout=\"this.style.color=\'#3D3D3D\'\" style=\"textspoiler\"]kills Rosencrantz[/span] was the fucking coolest thing ever.

-Surtur also thought Ashley was a great main character, but the holes in the back of his pants bring him down a couple of notches...

Coincidentally, that's one of the reasons Rosencrantz is my favorite character.  He at least wore a shirt.

My favorite character would have to be Ashley.  I wasn't that impressed with him the first time around this game but by my ninth replay when the story was very clear to me...I began to admire him.

I also like Callo Merlose, though her character wasn't as well-developed as Ashley's.  It would be nice to see a sequel in which she played more of a role.

I don't know why.. but that part really made me laugh.    I understand what you mean though, Ashley kind of grew on me as I played more and more.

Now, while I can't say that Hardin was my favorite character, I really found him to be one of the more interesting and unappreciated ones.  He almost seemed out of place with that motley group.  Had he gotten a little more screen time he could have developed into quite a supporting character... but I liked Sydney best.  *whistles*

I do remember seeing a joke that had to do with Ashley's clothes one time, it was an oekaki. Basically it was a lizardman (that apparently just beat Ashley) that was running around in Ashley's clothes... tail sticking out a hole. XD
