PVC? HELL NO.
I have a psycho sewing machine that has bobbin issues, so any complex fabric would destroy it.
Besides, I had to use a pattern for the dress. It was the only one they had in the book that would work. I'll have to figure out how to adjust it on the sides to make it look like a waist line.
Skirt? Er? How?

And besides, my brother couldn't really move because the digital camera was plugged in due to its batteries having died.
For some reason, I really didn't think to take my glasses off. =P (Then again, I was almost late to a party...) Same with not getting make up on.
And I chose cotton because I had planned on making this for A-Kon which would be in Texas during the summer... (Others did say that it was leather but like I said, sewing machine issues and that leather isn't exactly breathable. I'd die from heat stroke in leather/pvc/whatever. I needed cotton because it would be easier that way.)
Though, I will be making new white sleeves because the ones I made... just a bit too tight at the top. (As you can see by the flesh that showed. D'oh.) And I'll try my damnest to get the waistline to show up but I'd have to be careful about making it too tight because I couldn't get it on otherwise. (I forgot to add the zipper. Whoops.)
As for Shion idea, thanks, but someone else already beat me to it. XD But... Shion's costume would be hard for me as well. *shrug*
