Destory All Humans 3 Preview
« on: July 09, 2007, 05:51:03 pm »

OXM has a preview of Destroy All Humans 3, the game I was working on last for about 2 years over at Cranky Pants Games Sandblast Games.  It's a preview look for sure, though cortex scans should be in the game (the telepathy thing) despite the article's contention that it's not in there.

Boy, this sure is the E3 of stuff I've worked on.

I find your lack of rhythm disturbing.

Whoa, wait, hang on a sec... was the second one even out when you started working on this?

...was the first one?

First one was out, second one was not quite out yet.  And honestly, as is often the case, we weren't sure exactly what project we would finally end up on.  There were a lot of different IPs that were thrown our way as possibilities at the time.

Turns out we ended up with IP that THQ owned.

Plus, next-gen development is expensive and time-consuming... so we had to get started on it ASAP, if for nothing else, to get well acquainted with new development issues on next-gen platforms.
